Follow up of my blog is about different fruits and drinks that will help you to maintain a good health:
- Acai berry: it’s a grape like fruit and is enriched in omega-3 fatty acids.
- Berries: be it black or blue, both are rich in anti-oxidants and helps in retaining facial radiance.
- Veggies: needless to say, it’s as simple as it sounds. Nothing can ever replace veggies so just eat as many green vegetables as you can.
- Water: Similar to veggies, there’s altogether different magic of drinking water. Thus, drink as much water as you can, it keeps the body hydrated.
